I have been craving biscuits for about a week now, but I didn't feel like doing things from scratch today. I happened to have some Trader Joe's buttermilk biscuit dough cubes in the freezer, so I plopped two of them in the oven for 8 minutes. A sure and easy way to get really really tasty biscuits!
But I was out of honey, my favorite topping! So instead I topped them with blueberry pie filling and whipped cream. It was really good and took all of maybe 12 minutes.
