Crockpot Korean-style spare ribs
I made pork spare ribs in the crockpot last night, check it out. They were amazing and took like 3 minutes to prepare.

Awesome! And timely, because I have all these leftover jalapenos left over from my chili (my keyfood sells them in packs of 8)
Okay now I really want to get a slow cooker/crock pot thingy.
I just made these with beef short ribs - DELICIOUS. And so so easy. Highly recommended.
i love the way the jalapenos lose their aggressive hotness, and just come out tasting mellow and peppery. Major nom.
So I just ate one of the peppers, and if that's mellow I am never eating a real jalepeno.
Ribs were fantastic though.
